What's New in the Puente-Chino Hills

Aera Energy Development
This proposed 3,600 house development on 3,000 acres in the unincorporated area above Brea and between the 57 Freeway and Harbor Boulevard has been withdrawn by the applicant! This means that the project is dead for now. If they were to reapply with a new project they would come under new stricter regulations to build on this site. This is great news for a proposed project that we have been fighting for more than 20 years.
